HELP! no forward gears

Im SOOOOO glad im full manual now and all these electronics minus the OD and LU are bypassed. Simplifies things somewhat. LOL

Update... truck will move now... however it still doesnt shift correctly.. if i leave it in drive it will run the rpms up in every gear and i have to lift on the throttle to let it shift.... and it still will not downshift when i slow down, it stays in whatever gear it was last in... from there i have to shift in on the column to 1st to take off then the whole process starts over again... Any ideas now? im out of ideas now...

What have you done so far?

i have replaced the governor sensor and the governor solenoid and the output speed sensor as well.... and it still isnt right.... any other ideas??

and for the record i will say that when i dropped the pan to do this, the amount of metal shavings i saw.... i was speechless... the entire bottom of the pan was covered edge to edge with metal shavings... had to use a screw driver to scrape it clean...

Do you have any pictures of the metal shavings/bottom of the pan?

Post a pic, of the shavings if you have one. The magnet could be completely covered, much more than say a teaspoon out of it, and I would be concerned.

Id say its time to take it back to the builder. A bad sensor is one thing, but metal in the pan is a different story(given its enough to worry about).

i didnt take a picture of it... just took 30 min to clean it.... im just going to take it back and make him deal with it... I do appreciate all the help...

Call me I tow it down there Saturday. For a 18 pack and tank of fuel
lol... Andrew, i might just have to take you up on that.. im gonna try and drive it down there this weekend... if it makes it... lol.. ill give you a call later on this week with some details..
