help! truck tries to start with no keys

One thing I forgot to add is that while it's trying to start itself with no keys in the ignition the gauge cluster turns on just like it would if there were keys in it. Still thinking starter? I ordered new contacts for the starter this afternoon so hopefully they'll be here soon.
