I recently purchased a 2005 6.0l f250 and it seems to be a very clean and sooth running engine but I have noticed that the turbo seems very slow to spool and the rpms dont rise as quick as I feel they should when in neutral. The truck does sit on 35's but when powerbraked momentarily to check turbo psi, it will not even turn the wheels while sitting on wet pavement.

All inputs will be helpful. I was thinking EGR or maybe Intercooler tubes but the tubes seemed to be fine.

Any other reasons why there may be this loss of power?

I've only had it for a few hours. Do you think its fine, or anything i should look for? Symptoms?

Sounds like a stock 6.0...you push the pedal and wait for a few seconds for the hpop to build pressure.

How much boost can you make? How much boost were you making when powerbraking?
