It says:
* Destructive torsional harmonic resonance occurs at 4100 RPM
* Crank and rods fail at 5400 RPM (if you make it through 4100 RPM)
I won't say 4100 is the blow up, but the guys a few years back that were pulling with big power had lots of trouble at the 4000-4400 mark. They had much better luck getting up at the 5000 mark.
