Highest HP on Fuel Only at TS???

I didn't see any excuses?? Lloyd apparently had a clutch problem, as evidenced by Peter at SB Clutch saying so. Parts break or wear out at 800+ hp.

I guess Don thinking about what could have been made was an excuse?

Well there is alotta talk since I was on last, Lloyd I wasn't trying to take any credit away from you, just trying to get the owner some recognition for his accomplishment in the last 7 monthes. The truck was bone stock in September, we did our first stage for Houston and made 577hp, then went to a local dyno in January and pushed it to 707hp then Alvarado three weeks later and pushed it to 810hp with a single turbo. Then we revamped it in first of April and went to twins @736, and last added some more fuel to go to 870hp(corrected) with no tuning. I now have the time to try and tune it and see what it will make. We have a NX kit with progressive controller waiting on me to finish the fuel only tuning. Not slapping anyone just saying the big boys are'nt the only ones puttin down the power. This truck is 100% paid for with no kind of sponsorship. Just hard earned $.

let me clear something up my truck has no sponsorship and most of it was built before I went into business for myself. I have only been helped with one thing on this truck. I never intended to discredit anyone either, but it seems as though everyone likes to do it nowadays. I keep hearing about how I do not drive my truck, well I am trying to figure out how it got 88,000 miles on it if I have not. Not to mention it towed another truck to the event and I still use it to push snow. But then again, I do not use my truck

I agree. Excuses are a like that. Luckily, I am not needing one this time since Lloyd squeeked out the Diesel only win.

Not to take anything away from the other truck. It is a nice runner as well.

Peter was posting about plate load so I figger'd I might want to add my dos centavos for the next one to go in. Since Tim barber cranked off a 924 HP Diesel only run on Dunbars dyno a few weeks back with his 04 ( 555 ) I am very confident Lloyd will need the meanest clutch he can still drive.

Hey Lloyd, you towed another truck to the event from Maryland to Kentucky right? At least I thought you did.

Man, my 650hp on fuel with just a Smarty, and a 700mile one way trip is nothin nowadays. I was happy with my truck and all the other cummins that were in attendance. Congrats on the #'s had a blast.

not trying to discredit your run in any way. You have a strong running truck! Even more impressive is the fact that you tow with it. I just get tired of suppositions passed as factual Information By Dawn trying to be a Cheerleader for his own products while indirectly trashing some very reputable companies. Just get a pair and come out and talk some trash directly so we know who your talking about. It is kind of like the time you were trashing Haisley and Piers at Texas Roadhouse in Indy and then you heard Piers say " If you want to talk trash make sure your not sitting with your back to the person" Please give me and everybody else some professional courtesy and talk trash directly so there is no confusion as to whos products you are trashing. Or just don't talk trash. Oh yeah that story comes up every time Piers has a tequila or three.......... good times!
 
Rivalry is a good thing. It keeps everyone sharp and thinking.

also Lloyd since you dont have any sponsors maybe you could be a sponsor and hook me up with a dual pump kit!!!! heck ill even let you install it free of charge!!!! :hehe::hehe::thankyou2:
