How do you flare injector lines?

normal hydraulic fittings and tubing will not work they will explode. The common rails are considered high pressure which requires different fittings and tubing to withstand the pressure. This company makes the best HP fitting out there

that looks like it is welded and coned not flared. if your making your own lines anyway go to the swagelok link i gave you and get new fittings to replace the factory fittings and make your own lines.Fittings and tubing has to be rated for EXTREME high pressure hydraulics and that flare is called a cone flare or coning the tubing. Swagelok is rated up to 60,000 psi
