How many hooks in 2009?

Yeah them BD boots are junk, did have a good run going at scheid before mine blew!

But i made about 10 hooks and it looks like i have sold my truck so i wont be making any next year!
 
I normally pull about twice per month on average. At each event I normally only hook twice. In January through april 2010 I will hook if I dont break about 12 times per month thats about 48 hooks in the first 4 months. :woohoo:
 
around 70 hooks in 4 different states crazy amount of miles on tow rig but lots of fun
 
about 20 events 2 hooks...lol 1 break, hooked buddies truck 3 times.. whata friend..
 
hooked mine about 18 times no breakage yet but im not making that much power
 
about 15 hooks, lost two dual dick clutches, an injector and a front driveshaft. little bit of body damage from the sled playing tag with me!! next year should go better i hope...
 
Made 5 hooks and only had to replace a ujoint. Then got laid off so the wife said no more. Prolly wont get any in next year either since ill prolly get laid off again, and the new truck isnt anywhere near ready.

what happend to your black truck, I liked it..:cheer:
 
I made around 10-12 hooks with my truck this year. it made 3 more with someone else driving and I drove one other truck once. also made 20 some passes down the drag strip also... only traveled to one event with mine and it was 900 miles away. went to a few races far away with the bosses race truck and hopefully will be doing more events next year with a little help from other people. really only one good national showing was the ats event that I traveled to took first in street stock class. at least made the one long away event worth while.
 
With pull offs and running 2 classes i've got well over 20 hooks, with one 4th place finish and the rest in the top three. I finished 6th in points with the TTTPA making only 9 of the 14 pulls that they had. Just had my last pull (the first pull for the new TDTPA pulling association) and finished 2nd in the 2.6 and 2.8 class. Next year is going to be a good year!!!
 
I have made more than 6 1st places and couple 2nd lol. But that ford getts better everytime and I have one more to make in covington are u goin

My wife will be about 8 months pregnant then, so I should probably start stickin around the house pretty quick here.

I would really like to make it though, the latest changes dropped me a .2 in the quarter since my last hook, and I'm no drag racer, so I'd really like to see just how much that difference will make on a dirt track.

i was ready to retire it from the road and strictly pull so i sold it. went to north carolina. i wanted to get out of the payments on it. $500 a month on a strictly puller sucks. it went in bone stock form for 16K. all the goodies are on the white truck now. hopefully it'll be a contender next year. clutch issues screwed me this year and caused a real bad hop!!
 
I only got 3 hooks last year but plan alot more for next year.... Its fun getting whooped on every week :hehe:
