How most simply wire an alternator?

12valve 5.9L Cummins. The alternator has one large post, and two smaller terminals. It is suppose to have a built-in voltage regulator, but I also have one on the firewall in case I need it.

Two batteries tied together, going to a kill switch, then to the starter as well as an existing main interior/fuse panel post on the firewall (this post feeds power to everything in the truck minus the starter).

How should I wire it, with the simplest/most tractor-like mentality?

The Chrysler alternator is regulated through the pcm. NAPA lists an internal regulated alternator but it is a mis-print. Here is what you need to do.
