WITH 275CC INJECTORS AND A TWIN SETUP WITH NO SPRAY HOW MUCH HOWERPOWER WILL IT MAKE. NOT TO SURE ABOUT 340CC INJECTORS CAN YOU STILL USE THESE INJECTOR TO DRIVE ON ROAD OR IS IT TO MUCH. JUST TRYING TO MAKE ALL MY HP WITH NO SPRAY JUST ON FUEL, AND STILL KEEP MY AUTO TRANS.:st::ft::bang

275s and twins should get you high 5s or a little over 6. 340s are pushing it for the stock HPOP and street manners. you can only detune them so far.

340s are way to big for the stock HPOP, 275 are still a little overkill..

you can achieve nearly 600 with a good set of 190-225s with the right supporting mods.. turbo, spray, trans, etc.

I guess it depends on who's sticks you are running. I know for a fact Redneck6.0L is running a stock HPOP and 340's and I seem to remember him breaking the 6.0L record with this setup last week...... I'm running the stock HPOP with over 100,000 miles on it in my truck with big injectors also and it runs pretty damn good.

What size sticks are you running Tyler?

Not too sure exactly what they would be classified as. They are a custom set from Industrial Injection and they flowbenched them at their shop and they flowed 180cc. But they have also flowed another company's 275cc injectors on their flowbench and they only flowed like 170ish. So you could call them a 180cc set or maybe as high as a 300cc set. So the jury is out because I don't know??? Every company that builds ford injectors seems to classify the sizing of the injector differently. They are about as big as you can go with a conventional injector before you get into the hybrids.

When you say hybrids you mean ones that require more HPO?

Not necessarily. They just have modified guts (bigger pistons, plungers, etc) internally inside the injector to get the extra fuel. My injectors just have the stock parts modified internally. I think somewhere around the 300cc mark is the max you will get with modifiying the stock internals. Anything bigger is usually big $$ because of all the extra custom work internally in the injector.

So If I Run 340cc I Should Think About Mod. My Bottom End Or Can My Stock Bottom End Hold Up. Tyler What Happin At Tne Dpc What On Your Motor Did You Hurt.

Redneck Your Truck Is A O3 My Is O6 Are The Hpop Different . And With Your Being A Nadp Race Auto Trans What The Differnce Between Your Trans And Let Say A Stage 5 Trans From Ats

First off industrial injection is the last place on earth you should buy injectors, for a 6.0l, believe me, talk to any company that deals with 6.0's

They don't own a flow bench.........

You are aware that there is only like one guy who makes injectors for most places...

I would at the very least rebearing your bottom end and probably a good idea to invest in some rods if you are going to spray it. All I have in my motor is hypermax rods and low comp pistons, and ARP head studs. The rest of the motor is stock.

There was nothing major that happened to my truck at DPC. Just a bunch of little things that me and Shawn found when we got home. No blown headgaskets like some guys were saying. One injector was throwing contribution codes and when it was cold it wouldn't load up, my wastegate actuator had a blown diaphram so it wasn't working so I had no wastegate whatsoever, and I had a major boost leak that we found when we got home. All in all the truck worked alright for only getting it running hours before loading it on the trailer and heading to DPC.

The HPOP are different from 03 to 06 but Shawn has an 05 motor in his truck and it has the same HPOP that is in your truck.

As for the tranny's I can't help you. All I can say is NADP makes a wicked tranny and they flat out work on our 700+hp 6.0L

Allright, believe what you want but my truck runs pretty damn good with their injectors. For around a 300cc injector I'm running they don't smoke much at all for daily driving and run very smooth.

And yah actually they do have a flowbench now. They just got it not too long ago but I'm pretty sure it's a commonrail flowbench so maybe that's why it flows 6.0l injectors so low. Me and Shawn know the owners pretty good and they are awesome guys to deal with.

Tyler

Industrial does have a proper powerstroke injector flow bench. They can simulate what ever rpm they want. They can demand what ever pulse width they want. Don't talk about what you don't know. That's what's wrong with the internet. There are several different injector builders. Industrial builds there own. They have come along ways. We have there bugs worked out.
