How to patch holes in dash bezel?

There are several 3/16 or lil smaller holes in my dash bezel of my 99. Have no clue why they are there as they are spurratic(sp?), but I want to fill them the paint the bezel what's my most inexpensive fix that won't fall out in 3 months?

Go to a junkyard and get another Dash Bezel. Of course I think I might the only only person that ever has luck at them.

I would remove the bezel, put a piece of duct tape on the back side to cover the hole and then use epoxy to fill in the holes from the finished side. Most plastic-type epoxy is sandable but it's be careful to smooth the epoxy as much as possible while it's still wet.
