How to pin a 2006 ECM to a 2004.5 truck.

So if you use the 06 wiring harness everything will still work correct? Primarily the gauges and cruise. Sorry for the dumb question but I imagine the guys that know what they're doing are here.
 
No there's no dash or gauges that work. Only 6.7s tipm will communicate.. 03-05 wont
