how to set up a ford for sled pulling

I use ratchet straps to hold the front end down and I no longer get any front end hop. I suck it down 3". No need for traction bars up front, all you need is two $13 ratchet straps from Home Depot. Rear traction bars to stop the hop in the rear are still needed or you will look like the bunny rabbit going down the track.
