Hey Guys,
Thought I would post some video and pics of my muffler swap.
I orginally had the muffler that came with my Expandit exhaust.
I will have to say the the interior noise is about the same, just has a deeper tone to it.
I think the noise output is not as loud either, kinda miss it.
I don't know what everyone considers quite, but I still have moderate sound and some drone in the cab of my truck.
:redx:

Mine is definitely quieter all the way around. We'll see what it sounds like on the freeway. 700+ miles a week and any noise starts getting annoying.

I watched the gauges on the way to work this morning. My cruising egt went up 50-75 degrees and my boost pressure went up about 3psi more than what it was before.
Also I didn't hear the echo of the bridge railing or cars I passed like I did before, sounds like a stock exhaust again.
Not sure how much I like this thing, might give it a couple of more days...

Well, if you dont like the way it sounds I know where there is a truck you can listen to if you need a fix. I give you 4 more days before you ask for your muffler back. I hear there is an interface cable and a couple of tunes on the way if you need to drive something that actually smokes..... :poke:

you know, if you look really close you can see a little **puff** of smoke in the first video.... oh no, the screen was dirty..... :hehe:
