HX 50 for single?

Mayb thats why the tractor guys use a hx50 CHRA and use SWTZ hosuings ????
 
On Scheid's HX50, they still use the stock compressor housing, the hx50 center, and a modded schwitzer rear (the 231 housing they call it). How's it goin Zstroken? Yeah the 1.15 is pretty big for a 24 valve, it needs a 1.01 AR or the schwitzer rear can be machined to fit it as well.
 
Andy help me out on the 231 housing. What do you know about it?
 
I don't know much about the 231 housing. If it wasn't back on my truck, I'd take the charger apart again to get some specs. I believe it's the same housing they put on the back of the gt42's to make the lightning 24 valve version charger. Let me know if you think of any specifics, I'll see what I can find...

I agree, I know of a lightning that has the 231 on it. I have the 231 on a 2.8 s400 that scheid did. I was hoping to find an A/R on it for some comparison to see where it falls for my next turbo selection. So your still running the HX50??
 
Yeah, I put the 50 back in. I was having trouble keeping the gt42 lit at the end of the track (1.15 housing).
