What do you guys think, it's an ebay find that looks a little fishy!

57mm inducer HX40 that flows a whopping 72 lbs per minute.

They say a sucker is born every minute. I guess there is a scam artist born every minute as well.

It's an 8 blade compressor wheel. NOT exactly the highest flowing or easiest spooling.

Yangenese special! Holset's 58mm 8blade wheel only moves a scoch over 60 lb per min.

I'd be surprised If it moves that much:bang I have an 8 blade40 on my 98 24v Auto with a 16cm exaust housing and it spools for crap. I think the SB66 spools better

I keep hearing people talk about how bad their HX40's spool. Mine seems to do pretty good. I can have full boost at 1600rpm. I can have 10psi at 1200rpm. Running 1800rpm or so in 3rd, it spools pretty darn fast. Maybe i got a good one? It doesent spool much slower than my HX35 did.

I had one and hated it. When I sold it I even talked a couple of guys out of it with automatics. Maybe mine was a fluck but I won't buy another one.
I do like the hybrid, had one for several years now. I've seen 50 lbs. of boost out of it several times. Probably shouldn't brag on it, things happen when you talk about them.

I had a 60mm 6 blade with a 16cm housing and it spooled FAST... though I have a manual. I liked it, but I know it doesn't move 72 lbs of air LOL
