I Bent 3 Rods.

Man you got me nervous to even pull mine apart now.:thankyou2: At 300,000 miles I really think I'm gonna be pushin it this year. Look for a thread mid-summer "Why Truck Pulling Sucks." Good luck with your build though can't wait to see this thing run.:rockwoot:
 
Better than hanging a rod out of the block, just depends on how you want to look at it, I like your determination though!

Atleast you found it now Brandon! It is weird how some of these engines I have torn apart had 3 different types of rods. USA, France, and Mexico all in the same engine. Anyone else notice this too?
 
I have never heard about Made in France rods :what:


I have : England, Mexico and Japan rods

USA rods should be the best.

Last year was basically stock engine...+.020 HG was about it on the compression end of things, AFAIK


I still say it was the spray;)
