so i finally get my head back and getting ready to put in on today and i look in the exhaust open and i can see the valve guides. Seems kinda odd they didnt tell me about this so yea give me your thoughts and does anyone got a good 24v head set up for fire rings?

PS the pic i put up and the worst one and does anyone know why this would happen?

stock head i call them and they said they had to bore it for valve guides and said its fine either way i am looking for a spare 24v head just in case

from what I can see of it, they had to bore for oversized guides and there was a clearance issue. If its just that little bit on the bottom personally I would probably run it.

that's normal for new guides. I had the same issue when I rebuilt my head two years ago. No problems and it's getting rebuilt again. Make sure none of them are about to come off in flakes like that one. I would hate to see wheat it does to a 10k rpm turbo...

Fixed it for ya.
