Sorry guys it has taken so long….
First I’d like to thank a few people that made this possible.
Marty, Kevin, Steve, Justin, Fido, Danny, Valentin, Marco, and Blass from Trucktoyzperformance.com I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again….My truck wouldn’t be what it is today if it wasn’t for these guys.
There will be a full featured story on how this build came to fruition that will incorporate all the details….suffice it to say for now that Marty and his crew stood right beside me while I was going through the painful process of losing my truck. I’ll never forget the phone call I received from Marty and Kevin the day I lost my truck. They told me “not to worry” and that “they (Truck Toyz) would build me another truck that was at least as good as my last one…if not better”. If that is not standing by your customers….I do not know what is.
Marty is the type of guy who wears his heart on his sleeve as demonstrated by what he did for SGT Bonilla from 187 IN (Fort Campbell, KY) when his truck was stolen during his second tour in Iraq. If you have ever wondered why I always sing Marty’s praises …it’s because I think he deserves recognition for what he does. Marty is not one to seek praise or recognition for himself. He does things because he feels that it is the right thing to do. The best way to describe him is as a “quite professional” … He is simply put….the BEST at what he does and is a true innovator in his field… The show truck scene will have a big surprise in the near future with Marty's truck that will validate my last statement….and believe me they will not know what hit them.
As far as I’m concerned…it is a “no brainer” as to who I think the best is professionally and personally….and those people are Truck Toyz.
Marty, Kev, Steve, Justin, Fido, Danny, Valentin, Marco, and Blass….you are true friends and I will never forget everything you have done for me and the countless hours and attention to detail that you put into my rig.
Next I would like to thank Kirk (huck2080) once again for pointing me in the right direction and helping me secure a great deal on my 07 Harley Davidson. If it wasn’t for him I would definitely not be sitting in this truck…. Thanks brother.
Thanks also goes out to my buddies Dan and Denny who stood by me through this process.
I also want to thank my sponsors:
Kris from Autometer
Martin from MBRP.
They were sponsors on my last truck and they stood by me…no questions asked when I told them my truck was stolen. When large manufacturers stick by the “little guy” …it speaks volumes about what they are and their product.
Finally I would like to thank my new sponsors:
Rize Industries
Line-X of Friendswood, TX
Accufab Racing
Painless Performance
Retrax Retractable Pickup Bed Covers
I hope I do you proud….
Again… I apologize guys that it has taken so long… here are some pics for now… I’ll take better ones once it cleaned up and I get settled back down.
