I have a 2003 quad cab LB 5.9 cummins manual trans.
Vin 3D7KU28C53G763063 The blinkers do not work, one brake light does not work and only one headlight works. The fixtures are all ok. I took it up town to have it diagnosed, They said I need a Power Distribution Center Module (fuse box by the fender) which has failed internally.
Part # 68005474-AA $425 from Chrysler. Fits model year 2003 only.
This part is on back order for likely around a month I was told by the dealer.There is only one in the country and he is saving it for a guy in indiana.
My question is, does anyone know if all the 2003 diesels had the same module? Or rather would a auto trans be different from a manual or power window one be different from a manual window, etc etc????? I want to buy one off a junk yard truck or someone on here but don't want to get stuck with the wrong one.
If anyone has one or knows anything about this please help, I am all ears. It sucks having it sit. Thanks. 651 308 9722
