It came out of a wrecked truck that sat in a barn for a long time. The old farmer would go out and start it and let it idle. It had what looked like rust built up on the head enough to smash the top of the piston. The crud scrapped off with a finger nail. Seized the top ring in the piston but never hurt the cylinder. I honed the cylinder and installed a new piston and rings along with new rod bearings on all.
