It appears to be a Citreon engine out of a bus. Don't be impressed, I just found their site and used an online translator to get a little bit of info. There's lots of pics of engines towards the end of their photo album. But this one appears to be the one in the tractor at the beginning of the vid.

Their home page:

There is a guy about two miles form me with a Cub Cadet 4cylinder turbo diesel mini pulling tractor. Looks awesome but not many organizations have a class for them.

I bet a 4bt would be pretty fun...wonder what kinda twins you could use?:rockwoot: :rockwoot:

i found these rules for a 4 cylinder garden tractor class in northen iowa.

4 CYLINDER MINI-ROD TRACTORS (1400 lb - 1500 lb

Engines a maximum of four (4) cylinders, naturally aspirated, fuel injection will be allowed or limited to one (1) carb bbl per cylinder; or diesel power limited to one (1) turbo. Chassis is limited to eight (8) feet maximum length (measured from center of rear axle to front most part of tractor including weights and brackets) and six (6) feet maximum width. Alcohol fuel allowed. Maximum tire 15x15.5x31. Multi-engines allowed.

A deflection shield will be installed on rear of engine behind head to block area to protect driver from coolant if head gasket failure occurs.

All diesel engines will have restraint cable 3/16 or larger over head to prevent head from lifting off.

looks like the idea of twins is out . but theres no limit on the size of your single . so a 4bt with a set of 370s and a htt sled puller 66 . with one of the 4 cylinder p-pumps would be cool

Those little tractors are the real deal it looks like, it seems that these would be a great way to get your feet wet in pulling without the huge bank account that goes with it.:rockwoot:

that blue tractor looked to be a bit over the foul line to me, but what the hell if ya gotta take down a few pine trees to get the blue ribbion then so be it.

he didnt seem to concerned just layed on the big lever.

I thought playing with my boss's Pro Stock tractor was fun, that is just ridiculous! I wonder if I put a mower blade on there if I would get the fields mowed faster?

How about a hopped up little Yanmar on one. I bet you get some major "pucker factor" going when pulling one of those bad boys. Bet its a blast though!!!
