We are building one with a 3 cyl Yanmar now, sort of like a big componet tractor. Sheetmetal rear axle with 9'' ford carrier, tube frame, roll bar, crower clutch,SMP clutch can/ flywheel,and SCS gearbox. Started with a 75mm x 75mm, direct injected Yanmar ported head, Vogel cam, roller rockers, billet pistons, 13mm Bosch A pump, triple turbo/ double staged, 1000-1200 psi water injection. We have JD 2520 compact tractor bodywork to hide all the goodies.

I'd say they need to weight the sled more.. Make those suckers work. There were a couple 3-cylinder Yanmars for sale on Ebay last week. Brand new long blocks, just had a little damage to the pump and lines. Were only at $2-300...
