I think I got a deal on some white whites. About 125lbs apiece minus rust. paid $90 I think for 1500lbs or so. I think I can find more around here if I look hard.

I went on Ebay last night and found a few places with good prices....I wouldnt pay the shipping, but if they're close you could save some cash. One place even had a deal if you bought 1000lbs they would ship for free. I know there were some in Ohio and NC...I'm thinking about using 50lb wieght lifting weights, I have several and I can get more free out of the newspaper or garage sales every weekend, AND I would definitely be one of a kind:hehe: People are ALWAYS getting rid of their excercise eqt after they realize its real work....

If I ever built a weight rack I would go "borrow" all the 100lb plates from the gym I go to, I think if I sweet-talked the lady who runs it she wouldn't care lol. If not I got a solid 400lbs of 45's or maybe more.

The thing I would do is hang the weights to where if for some reason the bracket failed and lowered the weights to the ground they would just role along so you wouldn't run them over and break anything extra on that pull!!

i got a pull next weekend and i will be using my weight box and concrete lintels like i did in kentucky...it might look redneck as hell, but an extra 400lbs on the bumper is still better than nothing.
