Anyone running a Silver Bullet 71? How about with nitrous? I think we are going to go from the 66 to the 71 on our megacab. What about the dragon flow cp3?

I ran one for a while on my puller. I really liked it, and it wasnt terrible to drive on the street even with my over fueled 12valve. I ended up selling it to member "Eastern Diesel" and he says he likes it better than his old hx40/ht3b setup. You might try PMing him to see what his thoughts are. I believe he may tinker with some nitrous as well.
 
Like teddybear said I have his old 71 and im very happy with it, I drive my truck on the street often and it does great. Im a lil over fueled and after it would lock up in OD I had some problems getting under the turbo and it would surge but I only made it to the track one time this year. But I think it will be awsome after I get my *nx* on. Just been to busy to mess with the truck much.
 
I figured the surge would be a little rough, especially shifting into od. The truck is probably not going to be daily driven much anymore. What kind of boost are you seeing? what about DP?
 
anyone with a third gen running one of these.. i have been thinking about the swap myself.
 
for what they want out of the SB 71 there alot of other options out there for half the cost of that turbo, but it seemed to run well on wickeds white mega
 
5x.018's on a CR are like garden hoses....
I ran some 8x.010's at one point in time...WAAY too big
