Injector Help?

I didn't check it tonight it did start right up today, after setting all night. It cranks for about 4-6 seconds then starts. The fass was hooked up to the biggest metal line under the truck. Going by fass instructions I believe it's right. It is a cab and chassis truck though. He came and got it tonight to haul some stuff with it tomorrow and when he left it got to about 2200 rpms and started to cut out and a flame came out the pipe. It straightned right back up and ran fine.
