Injector lines & tubes

His nor mine never stalls, It kinda sounds like its "skipping along" when its winding down but then it bottoms out and recovers to the loping idle.

Crazytexan, nice truck! I like the sound of your truck too, but I think I like the monster lope every couple seconds a bit better. I'd be happy with either really. Do you have bigger lines and crossovers? Are you using Monster injectors?

I'm using monster injectors and stock lines and tubes. I'll record the way it sounds just sitting. Its faster than stock like a Harley Davidson gone diesel. Thanks for the complement. If i coulda chose, I woulda gone with the revision 4 pump like in weazels instead of this one. But sitting in weazels truck IS uncomfortable, I couldnt even read my own writing. you can see the whole body of the truck flex and twist as it lopes. Amazing, but not for everyday ppl.

It's not really a filter per say. It's just a piece of metal in there that helps break up the fuel particles. If you look down the connector tube where the line sits in it you'll see the filter right there.

When I get to the point of being able to have a monster VP then the trucks prob gonna be a dedicated pulling truck in all actuality... so I'm betting driveability won't be an issue. But, hey ya never know.

Mines a daily driver. Its just sometimes hard to drive it on the highway when ppl are goin so slow and you hid O.D and build no boost. I'm 95% sure on doin the 5spd swap within the next few months.

And if you want that mean Idle, Get the Rev. 4 pump.

That's because you have a BIG turbo. Daily driving with a turbo like yours has to suck. LOL

No B.S....This turbo feels a little over stock. I can Still burry 1600f w.o a problem. I think a s480 as a bottom and the 66 ontop would be fun...:badidea:

The problem is when i hit o.d. I can go up to 80mph with almost no smoke if i keep it at 2000- 2200rpms. But if i'm followin some jack ass thats gettin on the highway at 40 and then hit o.d i gotta keep it slow until i'm up to highway speeds.

I know that feeling even with my 62. If I'm below 60mph I kick OD off and run 3rd.

I do that to some times, But when i kick it back in drive it just goes to a "neutral" state for a few seconds and i worry about hurtin it once it kicks back in. Were you as SA dyno Tyler?

I got there around 1 or 2 and hung around justin and romario the rest of the day.

I hate letting my truck go in to OD below 60mph. With the 3.54s, tight auto, and big tires, it does nothing but bog unless I've got the quad above level 2.

I dont think its more of versions but Revisions. if there is a difference. Mine is a 4.5 and its fairly new. not sure what ones hes making these days. I just got an offer on some SS .093 lines and its hard to pass up but i hear their a royal pain in the @ss to get them to seal....any suggestions?
