Inner coolers

Ok ya'll I've got a buddy who got his hands on a 2000 inner cooler for the 7.3L. Now he wants to install this on his 94-97 year body style F-350 duallie. Is this going to be something easy for him to do? Has anyone here done this? He is even thinking about swapping radiators also if he can get his hands on one. What do you all think?

It will work.. You just have to do some cuttin I dont think the RAdiator will work though..
