Intro to new spools and axle shafts

Haisley Machine has 37 spline full spools for the DANA 80 and 37 spline shafts.

And for $900 you could have one too......:kick:man, that thing is pricey, I guess labor charges on the lathe have gone considerably up.

Lathe and spline work, some drilling for the drive flanges. We had a set of 4340 37 splines made they were $700.

Been flawless so far.

ARB. I have Haisley 35's in my truck with an ARB. The truck with 37splines has an ARB that we scored off of ebay. He has less than $1100 in the ARB and axles.

How hard is it to replace some chewed up lugs on a dana 70. And do you need any special tools.

SHould just knock them out with a hammer through the back side of the axle hub. Use a few washers and a lug nut to draw the new lugs through the lug holes.
