I am finishing up the fab work on my BW366/PDI 24v manifold swap for my 6.7 and I am at the mounting of the outlet piping for the turbo. I shortened up the legs on the stock pipe and now I need a 5" long by 3" diameter hump hose/coupling for the turbo to the piping. Do I really need a hump hose there? The intercooler has a hump hose and can be used to transfer the expansion/contraction needs off the turbo. I am thinking a 3" dia x 5" long silicone coupling with t-bolts will be sufficient. I am not looking to make crazy power with this thing, just wanted to get rid of the VGT with a fried circuit board and lower DP.

Thanks for your help guys.
