Is a Silver 64 too BIG?

Thanks man! I only had about 2 days to paly with the TNT in the Smarty before the dyno day, now that ive had alot of time to play with it id say id be able to hit the 500hp mark with the stocker, truck feels stronger now that ive had time to tune alot!
Guess i wont be able to find out cause the next time i hit the dyno ill have my 64 on!
Keep any eye out on here next week, ill post pics of my turbo when it gets here!

Not to get off topic, but what were your settings with the TNT for that 488pull? Based on that, I could get to 500 with my water meth and a stocker:rockwoot:

And holy chit Batman, if your getting those kinds of numbers with the stocker, you should have no problem tuning out over 600 with that 64!!

Sounds like the Silver 64 with its 74mm turbine will get me where I want to be. I just wanna see a six at the beggining of my peak hp on the dyno.

Does anyone think I should be in the 12s in the 1/4 mile with the 64? I'm not really building a race truck here, but with all the money thats gonna be in this thing, I'd like to be able to get there.

I mighta missed something but do you have a ugraded tranny?? If you do, with that 64 and what you got on a single cab you should easily be in the 12's on stock tires, might be close on the 35's.
 
i am running my htt 64 this is the last day its going to be on my truck but i been driving it a week with just wicked diesel cp3 and his injectors and i must say my truck feels great with just the 64/71/13 on it. no lad at all it easy to drive heck it drive better i think than when i had my smarty downloaded as well. but that will change thanks to bob :)

but you should be fine with the 25hp sticks talk to shane and get some bigger tips around a 100 and you will have no problem at all lighting the 64

Yes, I forgot to put it in my sig actually, but I have a fully built ATS (don't laugh) Stage VI w/ lockup controller. I was hoping to see a 12 something even with these tires, but my wheels are also heavy, so it'll take some work. Thats the worst thing I've done to my truck as far as performance. Mudders just kill the acceleration soooo bad.

So you could tell a difference after adding the Wicked Arson kit?

Here is what it tried that did 488,
Smarty TNT SW #7
TM-4, Timing-2, RP-3 and wastegate off
TST 2/0 on standard program
