Is an 05 any better than an 03/04?

We work on a lot of them across all the years. The 03 and early 04 trucks had a better oil rail design IMHO they do not have the problematic dummy plugs and stand tubes nor do they have teh STC fitting on the back of the HPOP. They do however, have problematic ICP sensors that are a pain to get to. All years seem to have injector issues as well as issues with turbo vein stickage. FICMs are a common failure as well but the 58 volt replacement from Swamps takes care of that. If you are going to buy a 6.0 just be prepared to put some money in repairing it at some point down the road. With any 6.0 it is not if they will have problems it is when and how expensive.

haha lol haha

I actually like the older interior when compared to the newer version too...The older trucks seem more "less plastic"
