is it worth re-torquing the stock bolts? or get studs

ive always taken stock bolts to 150lbs. if you get studs, 425s hold anything you need. 625s are a complete waste of money because a 425 will rip the block apart before they break. idk why everyone spends the extra money on 625s

Because with twins that light quick you can still lift the head with 425s. Seen it happen. 625s and it stopped doing it.

425 might hold anything you need.Breaking the stud isn't the issue. Stretching is the issue. 425 are softer material which stretches under high "cylinder pressures", not boost pressure. Two totally difgerent things. Thats why ppl spend the extra money on 625. There is a point at which their needed.
