Not stock, looks like any of the aftermarket cast manifolds.

Will it fit a 12v? What's it worth?

It will bolt on, but wont fit right. The exhaust ports are different.

Considering it looks like crap and assuming the divider is cracked (very common), I'd guess it's worth $100-200.

The corners need to be ported to work with a 12v, from round to square. It will work fine after that.
