You need more air... badly!
Pull the injectors out and see if it turns over the same. Sounds like lack of compression to me, but in your vids you didn't turn it over very long. Try and source a compression tester and see what you're making.
A lack of compression won't make it turn over slower :bang it would turn over faster, & to notice a difference there'd have to be no rings on the pistons. I do agree with pulling the injectors tho, but turn it over by hand (wrench) to see if there's any stiff areas. Maybe an o ring fell out while you installed the head ???

It didn't sound much slower, sounded unloaded to me. But like I said, he never cranked it for very long in the video.
It's alot better find rather than the alternative . Good to hear..That starter place you took it to isn't a place where you should frequent too often if they didn't catch that.
