Issues after upgradeing from S06 to S06-POD

I just upgraded from S06 to S06-POD. I downloaded the latest S06-POD software and I am unable to install it to my Smarty. I keep getting a " Unkown Software version of Smarty" when I try to install it.


Bob or Marco, can you give me a hand here?

I do have all of the latest drivers.
 
download a new version of the smartyusb.exe or try the usbl.exe
 
Thanks Bob, I will give that a try when I get back home. I think I have an old software version of smartyusb.exe. Had the Smarty since 07'.
I am running windows XP by the way.

I didn't have any issues going from my old Revo S06 to the new S06-POD.
