J jets in a vp block?

Is it possible to run the j jets in a 99 vp block? Are the oil galleys there to where a machine shop could drill and tap for the banjo bolts or do i need to find a common rail block to start with? thanks

The machine time would cost more than a good common rail block, If it could be done at all.

There is no oil Gally to install them.
