lb7 engine/trans edge cts race

I a lb7 with 165,000 miles it locked down but good everything else crank may be good acted like rod broke or rod bolt it was under 1500 Rpms when it happened and the alluding with convertor is going too no slip good tranny id like $1800 for pair... then I have a edge cts race. With 4inch lcd touch screen I loved it id like $650 for it

I am new to the duramaxs always been a cummins guy. Will that transmission work with a LBZ motor in an '06?

I believe the tcm will be different since lb7 s ran the 5-spd allison and urs is a 6-spd
