a5k is 72mm (2.8")

you looking at easy 3" turbo the inside of the air horn is ~4.25" then it gets smaller some .75-1" at the inducer possibly smaller but still over 3"
80mm is 3.14" and it is at least that size.

and it came of a 904ci I6 cummin (14.8 liter) engine.
 
he just told me the compressor inducer is 71mm exducer is?,exhaust turbine is 86mm and a/r is 1.0 or 1.2 but to me the turbo looks a lot bigger than tat??
 
Looks like maybe a 2.5 inlet 4.25-1.75 if you go straight up from the ruler.
 
It looks like a 66mm inducer to be truthful. Measurements from the ruler looks like 2.6" or 2.5"

That motor is actually an old v-8. They ran 2 turbos.

The only thing close to the 14.8 is the 14.9, but that is the ISX motors.
 
Holy Chit!!!

Umm.. don't even bother with that old clunker... that was cummins second attempt at the big, 'ol, ugly, unefficiant thing that happened to spin.... seen on pre' big cam cummins, and twin turbo application 903 v-8 cummins engines... 'highfinance97' has one of these sitting in his garage.....!:hehe:
