life expectancy of stock turbo

I've ran a used 05' turbo for a full year now. Many 1/4 mile passes, a few trips towing 10k, and a few highway WOT runs up to 51psi boost. Compressor still feels tight with minimal side to side play.


These HE351cw turbo's are pretty tough. Probably last 300K if you never go over 35psi boost.

i got the 90hp nozzels with the stock turbo it has 210,000 miles on it im guna upgrade soon but it runs good

Are you sure your probe aint lost or what exactly is "getin on it" ?

yea that aint no chit they must be 90hp less than stock injectors!

i aint hooked it to a sled but with out the smarty and with the quad alone it ran cool i can't really stomp it right now with the smarty until i get a lift pump

With 90hp sticks and no tuning you should be fine but the stock charger has a way to restrictive hot side to go much past 400hp
