Lift pump issues

Ok i have replaced my lift pump, lift pump relay and the oil pressure switch with no changes. I checked all my fuses under the hood and in the dash, everything is good. I found some issues with the plug at the pump so i replaced the plug and still no power. Any ideas? I checked the book and it says there is an inline fuse (not a fused link) in the circuit but i can't find it, any one know where that is? :bang It's a 95 chevy
