lift pump?

Ok , I already have a raptor and it works fine. Problem is the sending unit went out and the gauge reads E so the new sending unit comes with an intank pump. So what do I do? I just want the gauge to work. Don't I need a different harness for the intank pump to work and wouldn't that pump burn up my raptor? What do I need to do?

take back the whole module and just get the float kit. a lot less$
