Looking at buying a Sterling

Hey guys im looking at buying a sterling. was wondering if hop up parts are the same as a 3500 ram 6.7? i know cab and all that is exact same, just didnt know if performance parts would work also.
 
I buddy of mine has a 4500 with a wrecker bed. It's the same as as the dodge. First step should be to get rid of the dpf. It's a nice truck.
 
ended up finding a 5500 ram. figure all the tuners, and that stuff are the same, even be able to get kickass wheels too. assume they hav ea g56 manual?
