Looking for 3rd gen manual transmission conversion parts

I'm looking for parts to convert my 2006 2500 from automatic to manual. I already have the transmission and Transfercase but need the following:
Clutch and brake pedals and mounting pins prefer electric but could use fixed
clutch master cylinder
clutch safety switch
the dash trim piece that replaces the fold down cup holders on the automatics
The floor cup holder console thing
Manual Transfercase shifter and linkage and boots
Steering column cover

Anything else I missed feel free to add. I'm using a Ford ZF6 so can't use driveshafts

Please let me know what you got or if you have any leads on where to find the stuff.

i have a used clutch master and slave cylinder if interested.

Also you can buy the steering column cover plastic new from amazon or any mopar parts supplier online.

Pedals and other interior parts most likely from Craigslist, wrecking yard, or car-part.com
