loseing coolent

My dads 05 duramax is looseing coolent ever so offten its has about 73,000 miles on it nearly stock K-N air filter hypertech thats hardly ever turned on i looked around and none seems to be leaking that i can tell. My question is would the egr delet kit help this i heard they can go bad and cause this, other than that the trucks runs, and cranks fine just so often the low coolent will come on no codes either thanks. One other thing do this trucks have any recalls on the steering it seems to have a bump feeling that we can hear while turning the ride height is stock it has aftermarket wheels but been on since it was new mostly all highway miles also thanks again

Replace the cap. I had one on my 04 that would not build pressure and the coolant would evaporate. I put a new cap on and no more problems.

^^^^ x2 on the cap. ive seen it on my buddys dmax before start there than start trouble shooting if that dont work

Check the water pump, pretty common on a D-Max
