What are England stamped rods? Are they stronger?

someone tested all the rods produced and found that the brazil, usa/mexico, england, ect... were stronger in that order but there wasn't much difference in the strength and it was only one seat of each tested.

no the head has not been test or fluxed i would be charging a little more if it was. i can take some pictures of the head if you want.
