Also available: Stock rear lift blocks from a 4x4. I think they are about 4.5"-5" tall. Took them out to go lower.

Sorry will not separate the center caps unless someone else wants the tires/rims. Same for the knob/lever want to keep them together unless someone wants the other piece. If you find another buyer let me know I will be happy to ship them to different places if both are spoken for.
