He will be one step ahead of us on the charger for the 3.0 class, I hope to be chasing him and everyone else chasing us in this area... I don't think it will be that easy though!
 
Definitely no light-weight 3.0 class out there, that's for sure! Best of luck!
 
Cracking has more to do with expansion and load, then material thickness. I would just use regular sch40 steel and coat the inside and out. Be sure to design everything to be able to expend and contract, and you should be good. If its just a pull truck, it should last a long time.
 
Sch 40 works well, but don't coat the inside.
