Max. HP/TQ made by a VP truck ?

Winspeed just ran over 1k on a single charger VP truck, but what is the highest power ANY VP tuck has made?? ...so far:pop:
 
I dont think to many guys running big numbers are running VP's. Most guys i know who want to push 4 digits switch to P-Pumps or duel cp3's.

Id love to see what kind of numbers you could get out of a really nice twin setup with a monster pump.

We'll find out fairly soon what the twins will do on my truck, And yes, I'll build them myself. :evil
 
I have had Jetpilot,CTD8999(Steve Bohatch),Offshoreracr(Fred Huber),TimInVa(Tim Barber),Huff-N-Puff(Merv),SmokinRam(Andy Sebek),ProRam(Big Scott) and Paul Porter all well into the high 600's on fuel alone.Jetpilot,Offshoreracr,TimInVa,Huff-n-Puff and SmokinRam above that with giggle gas,propane or water meth(or some combination of all of them).Those are just a couple off the top of my head.I will look the numbers up on my laptop records and see if I missed anyone else tommorrow.......Andy

I'll have to agree with u to a point. I was not impressed with spraying but when u have it sitting there stairing u down it's hard not to try it. I'm still going for a good fuel only run.


Does any one know what the high vp fuel only number maybe like the top 5 or 6 trucks.

To be honest man I haven't been on a dyno since my high 400hp days. That run was with a suber b special, mach 6+'s, and the adr. Hp calculator said 572 at the wheels, which doesn't sound bad, but it also can't take into account the traction issues I had on that run. I had better sixty foots on slightly slower passes (12.46-12.49), with my best being a decent 1.68. Better tires would have been great, and a little more time at the track. It was my first time out since the auto swap. So my guess on hp at that time is around 600-610?
 
Man I ran a 12.4 with a 1.9 60 ft. I got to figure out something for tires.
