ive been reading over threads and writeups but am still a little confused. the banjo on the pump needs to be tapped then a hose rune from it to my isolator, then isolator to gauge. is a needle valve still necessary with a mechanical gauge and if so will it need to be before or after the isolator. thanks for your time.

i have a mechanical gauge and no you dont need a needle valve as long as you have the isolator. When you go from the isolator to the gauge i used antifreeze but make sure you do not have any air in any of the lines otherwise you pressure will be off. Air compresses a lot more then liquid. just my$.02
