CR nozzles are Firad made in Italy, not a cheap imitation. The 5x0.018" can be altered if desired for the same price, possibly 2 sets.

You are correct, no fancy boxes or stickers, most likely the reason they are cheaper than some are selling used sets for.
 
Are the edge filters removed, dual feed? Big Horsepower street or sled pulling only?
 
Dual feeding a 5.9L injector is pointless, they can be whatever you want them to be.
